MODERATED E-POSTER WALKS AND POSTER VIEWING PRESENTATIONS
Moderated E-Poster Walks
Parallel E-Poster Walk Presentations will be given during lunch breaks on Thursday, May 14th and Friday, May 15th. All participants are invited to the E-Poster Viewing Stations to hear the short presentations and to ask questions. Please note that there are a number of parallel walks in each session, consisting of a number of e-posters in each walk. Each E-Poster Walk will be guided by one moderator.
Presenters should be at the E-poster viewing stations 10 minutes before the start of the Moderated E-Poster Walk session and remain there until the session has finished. Each presenter has been allocated 7 minutes to present his/her E-poster, which includes 2 minutes for discussion. Moderated E-Poster Walk Presenters are requested to prepare both an E-Poster and a printed poster.
Abstracts presented in the Moderated E-Poster Walks sessions will also be available to ESPID Members as E-Posters on the Society website (www.espid.org) after the Meeting.
Poster Viewing Presentation Information
Abstracts selected for poster viewing presentation are requested to prepare a traditional hanging poster which will be displayed in the Poster Area, in the Exhibition Area as well as an E-Poster which can be viewed at the E-Poster stations.
All Poster Presentations have been scheduled in one shift:
- Thursday, May 14 - Friday, May 15, during Exhibition opening hours.
Poster presenters should refer to the list of poster presentations in the final programme book to find their board numbers. Poster presenters may mount their posters from 18:00 on Wednesday, May 13.
Participants are requested to be present at their designated poster board(s) during coffee and lunch breaks during their respective poster sessions to answer any questions.
Participants need to remove their poster boards by the end of the Meeting. The Organising Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed by the end of the poster session.

Please submit your poster as a 1-page PDF-file in portrait orientation.
File format: PDF
In Pixel: 1080 width x 1536 height (portrait orientation) In cm: 38,1 width x 54,2 height (portrait orientation)
Font size: 16
If you wish to add a video to your poster please consider the following technical requirements:
File format: .pptx
Video formats: .mp4, .mpg, .mov, .avi
Max. file size: 40 MB
Max amount: 3 videos
Sound: not supported
Please be aware that only PowerPoint-files with the ending .pptx will work if you want to include videos into your poster!
General information about the E-Poster system:
To easily create your E-Poster we recommend you to use the provided templates. These templates already have the right dimensions.

To upload your poster please follow the next steps:
1. Create your poster with one of the provided templates
2. Export your poster as a PDF-file
• File > Save as > PDF-file
3. Click on the link in your invitation email
4. Register to our system
5. Upload your poster
